Voyurl -Founded by Adam Leibsohn a service ala Discover.me which lets you share what you are looking, reading or doing anything online at real time across the web to friends and strangers. Voyurl works on very simple concept sign up with them or use credentials of  Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, MySpace, Yahoo, Aol or your email address (which ofcourse is free) install a tool in your browser for Chrome or Firefox which collects all your clickstream – that is everything you look everything you read everything you watch everything you watch everything you share and then streams it live , real time in public. Similarly you can see what other are doing stranger or friends who too have opted to share their clickstream.

The Voyurl browser extension broadcasts your “clickstream” into a dashboard displaying every site you visit, as well as every site that someone you “follow” visits. By clicking “Live,” you can also watch all this information cascade down your screen in real-time, complete with “Play” and “Pause” buttons and a list of powerful filtering categories. You can make your stream anonymous, so the URLs you visit are displayed but not connected with your Voyurl user name. You can delete individual URLs if you’re worried about what your fellow Voyurlers might think.

Voyurl is plans to use this huge amount of data to enrich user experience at least this is what they say, Leibsohn first plans to use it as a power recommendation engine.

Leibsohn says. With Voyurl, “we take that data and turn it around and give it back to you, to improve the user experience.” “Maybe our data can help improve other services that our members already love and use, like movie recommendations or music sites.”

Although who wouldn’t want to know what Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Charlie Sheen or Lady Gaga do on line.  This could easily become  marketer’s goldmine  via online behavioral analytics that too in real-time. The ability to share EXACTLY what we are doing online in real-time is invaluable to online marketers.
